Wanna level up your hummus game? Give this butter bean hummus a try! We are using a combination of miso and sesame for a wonderful combination of umami and nuttiness.
Butter beans are so good for the human body! They are high in antioxidants, a good source of protein, and contain lots of vitamins and minerals your body needs!
It’s a great dip you can meal prep and pair with any meal or snack during the week! One of my favorite ways to eat this is on my Sourdough Open Toast: Topped With Butterbean Hummus & Scallion Eggs!
